The client wanted to launch a website to retail popular skincare products, But they needed to stand out from the countless other stores doing the same thing.

The client wanted to launch a website to retail popular skincare products, But they needed to stand out from the countless other stores doing the same thing.
My Observation
Most skincare websites just list products. Customers with specific skin issues don’t know what to buy without a guide... which leads to Indecision, Abandoned carts & Low conversions.
My Solution
1. Designed a World-Class UI
I built a visually clean and intuitive interface, Navigation was simplified for mobile and desktop, ensuring trust and ease from the first visit.
2. Created a Skin Concern Solution Hub
Instead of just selling products, I built a dedicated section for skin issues (acne, dry skin, etc.). Here, we didn’t just recommend products... we educated users on how to treat their condition using products from the store.
3. Integrated a Bulk Order Feature
Each solution guide includes a “Buy All” button, a one-click way to add the entire routine to cart. This not only simplifies decision-making but increases average order value significantly.
