My Observation
Through a strategic session, we discovered the root of the problem came from an unclear target audience, a product positioned as a generic item rather than a solution, and a brand message lacking clarity, all of which weakened the impact of their content and campaigns.
My Appraoch
1. Industry Benchmarking: I conducted a detailed analysis of top-performing
fragrance brands, identifying what made each unique.
2. Customer Insight Gathering: I launched a customer survey to better understand the brand’s existing buyers and their motivations.
3. Product Deep Dive: I assessed the fragrance products closely to identify unique features and benefits.
4. Brand Discovery Interview: I held a candid, in-depth conversation with the founder. Her passion revealed critical insight that had been overlooked, including the emotional story behind the brand and product intentions.
